Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the sheet of rolls horizontally without separating individual rolls.

Layer ham and Swiss over the bottom slab and replace the top slab. Place in a lightly greased baking dish.
- 03
Whisk melted butter, Dijon, Worcestershire, onion, poppy seeds, and garlic powder. Pour evenly over the rolls.
- 04
Cover with foil and bake 12 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 to 8 minutes more, until the tops are browned and the cheese is melted.
- 05
Rest 5 minutes, then cut along the roll seams and serve.
- 06
Tip: These can be assembled and refrigerated several hours before baking; add the glaze just before the oven.
