Method

  1. 01

    Cut three small notches around each pork-roll slice so it stays flat. Cook on a griddle over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side until browned.

    Butter and toast the Kaiser rolls cut-side down.

  3. 03

    Fry the eggs on the griddle, breaking the yolks if desired. Season lightly, flip, and top with American cheese. Cover until melted.

  4. 04

    Layer pork roll and cheesy egg on each roll. Add ketchup if desired and serve hot.
